INDICATIONS/APPLICATION:

• for people with an intestinal fistula created on the abdomen (especially in the post-operative period), the belt reduces the risk of hernia in the fistula area
• with already formed hernias in the fistula area
• belt strengthens abdominal muscles during exercise
• belt can be used for various locations of the fistula

Method of putting on:
Unfasten the Velcro. Arrange the belt embracing the abdomen and lumbosacral region, so that the opening for the stoma pouch falls in the place where the intestinal fistula is located. Fasten the belt with Velcro for an individual fit. After the stoma pouch is secured, secure it with a covering mesh.
Note! Package does not include stoma bags.

Storage:
In original packaging, dry and shaded place.

Laundry Recipe:
Hand wash in water at temp. 40°C using mild detergents, such as those designed for washing wool. Do not allow heavy soiling. Do not iron! Do not chlorinate!

Notes:
Consult a doctor about the use of the product.

While wearing the belt, it is recommended to perform a basic set of rehabilitation exercises. Continuous use of the belt without exercise can lead to weakened abdominal muscles.

The belt is fastened with Velcro.
