Insoles iORTO MEDIC Tear are created for people with transverse flat feet. Two technologies are used in its production: longitudinal arch support of the foot with variable dynamics adapted to the weight of the user, and support of the transverse arch of the foot, which is achieved through the use of a drop-shaped pelota that supports the 2nd and 3rd heads of the metatarsal bones. This design eliminates the cause of the condition and activates the foot to roll properly.
